Duties
The Zoning Board of Appeals is a 5 member board. Their duties include review of variance requests, temporary structure placement and requests for variance from the sign ordinance.
Appeal
If you wish to submit an appeal to the board, please fill out an application (PDF) along a filing fee of $125. The board must meet within 3 weeks of the request to hear the appeal. The board meets at the Amery City Hall, 104 Maple St W, STE A, when needed.
